Rides to Cheeseboro/Palo Comado typically begin at the same location as the Cheeseboro Trailer. There are several east to west trails along the Cheeseboro Canyon that will lead to the Palo Comado trail.

China Flats sits at the top of Palo Comado trail. The flats features a loop trail and a spur to trail leading to Simi Peak.
